Tortoise & Rabbit wrote entrance exam...

Tortoise got 80% & Rabbit got 85%.

Both were looking for admission in a good engineering college.
Cut-off needed was 85%. Rabbit did not get but the tortoise got the seat.

How?????

Ans: Remember tortoise had won a race when we were in 1st std, He had "SPORTS QUOTA".....
